What packages do you offer?
Transport Only ($199/person), Happy Hour Experience ($299/person), All-Inclusive Experience with tickets included ($312/person), and All-Inclusive Suite ($349/person). Add-ons like Uber-reimbursement insurance and ticket ordering are available on top of any package.
Do you sell event tickets?
You buy your own tickets directly through the team or AXS, so you pick your exact seats. If you’d rather not deal with it, our ticket order fee ($50 for 1-4 people, $100 for 5-10) covers us ordering them for you through the All-Inclusive packages.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes. BYOB is available under our vehicle’s for-hire passenger exemption — you bring it, we provide ice, coolers, glassware, and mixers as part of the Happy Hour and All-Inclusive packages. Guests must be 21+.
How many people can ride?
Up to 12 guests per booking. Larger group? Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
What is your refund policy?
Fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before pickup. 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours out. Inside 24 hours (including day-of), your deposit converts to a credit for a future booking.
Who can change or cancel a booking?
Only the original booker (plus one optional delegate you name) can change the reservation.
What if we run over on time?
Extra time is $100 per hour, charged after the trip. You can also pre-pay for overage hours at checkout if you want to lock it in ahead of time.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Vehicle damage is charged at cost of repair. Disrespect toward the driver or staff is a $100 fee per person involved. A $200 cleaning fee applies for excessive trash, spills, or sickness.
What areas do you serve?
Primarily Katy and West Houston. Outside that area? Reach out anyway — we may still be able to help.
Do you offer season passes?
Yes — seasonal ride passes bundle transportation and all-inclusive happy hour for regular groups. $12,750/month for up to 4 guests (15 events), $24,999/month for 5-10 guests. Contact us to set one up.
