Refund Policy
- More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Inside 24 hours, including day-of: deposit converts to a credit for a future booking
What We Handle
- Safe, licensed, insured transportation
- Punctual pickup and the itinerary as booked
- Complimentary water and soda; purchased upgrades as selected
- Weather or event cancellation: rebooking credit offered
What's On You
- Event tickets — you purchase these yourself
- Being ready at the pickup time
- Conduct of your group and any damage to the vehicle (the booker accepts responsibility for the group)
- Alcohol brought on board (BYOB, 21+ only)
- Changes to the booking — only the booker or a named delegate can request them
- Overage time at $100/hour, charged to the card on file
