Refund Policy
- More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Inside 24 hours, including day-of: deposit converts to a credit for a future booking
Pricing & Fees
- Transport Only $199/person, Happy Hour Experience $299/person, All-Inclusive Experience $312/person (tickets included), All-Inclusive Suite $349/person
- Uber Reimbursement Insurance: $100 flat (2 rides)
- Ticket order fee: $50 for 1-4 people, $100 for 5-10 people, plus cost of tickets
- Private suite booking fee: $200 plus cost of suite
- Overage: $100/hour after your booked time, pre-payable at checkout
- Vehicle damage: cost of repair. Disrespect to driver/staff: $100/person involved. Cleaning fee: $200 for excessive trash, spills, or sickness
What We Handle
- Safe, licensed, insured transportation
- Punctual pickup and the itinerary as booked
- Weather or event cancellation: rebooking credit offered
What's On You
- Event tickets — you purchase these yourself (or use the ticket order fee to have us do it)
- Being ready at the pickup time
- Conduct of your group and any damage to the vehicle (the booker accepts responsibility for the group)
- Alcohol brought on board (BYOB, 21+ only)
- Changes to the booking — only the booker or a named delegate can request them
